You send me a photo of your home and I will transform it into a beautiful watercolor print using Photoshop and my illustrator tablet. You can add any text you want to the print. I have some great examples in my listing photos. In a few days, I'll send you a proof. Once you approve it, your art will be finalized. (Please read proof policy below).

All art ships FREE in the continental US! Shipping is either USPS or ground shipping, depending on the size of print you’ve chosen and can take between 5 and 12 days. If you would like expedited shipping, please see below.

A proof will be sent to you via email. If you do not approve your proof within 72 hours, your item will be finalized and sent to printing and shipping as is. No changes can be made after this point in time.

Q: Do you have tips on taking a photo of my home?

A: Yes! Here are few guidelines to ensure your portrait turns out beautifully:

• Take the picture straight on
• Avoid shadows
• Clean off your front porch
• Shut all windows
• Open or shut all blinds (keep it uniform across all windows)
• Move cars from the driveway

 

Q: Does my photo need to be a certain resolution?

A: No, low resolution photos work fine with my technique. Try to avoid screenshots if at all possible. Please note: scanned photos do not work well.

 

Q: This is a gift. Where can I find a photo of the home?

A: Try searching online. Many real estate websites keep photos up even if the home is no longer for sale.

 

Q: How do I send you my photo?

A: After checkout, you will see a button on the confirmation page to upload your photo.
